My Current Go to Everyday Make-up

I have been finding the mornings extra difficult recently, I think it’s the darker mornings but when it comes to getting up and getting ready the temptation of that extra 10 minutes In bed is just too great!

So I have found some products which I know work well and I know last all day and stop me looking like a slightly over-tired zombie!

First I apply the IT Cosmetics Your Skin but Better CC cream (£30) as my base – don’t let the ‘CC Cream’ title fool you – this really delivers on the coverage front – plus it leaves you with a glowy base. To cover any blemishes and those pesky dark circles I have been loving the NARS Soft Matte Complete Concealer in Vanilla (£24) this looks like skin but is really long wearing which is just what you need!

To put a bit of life in my skin I’ve been going back to my trusty Benefit Hoola Bronzer £24.50) to do some bronzing and add a little structure to my face, finished off with a pop of peach blush to make me look more awake! This Kiko Smart Colour blush in Peach (£5.50) is gorgeous and so easy to blend!

Nothing makes you look more awake than highlighter – so I like something that makes me look super healthy! One of the best I’ve tried is also affordable (hooray!) and it’s the Tanya Burr Cosmetics Illuminating Powder in Sun Bronze (£7.49). This is a bronzy glow but it isn’t too dark – it is just gorgeous.

Now on to my eyes – first thing is my brows – I find if I do my eyeshadow first it never looks right without my brows on! I have been mixing up the brow routine by starting with the Eyelure Brow Amplifier in Medium Brown (£6.63) to help groom my brows and see where the gaps are – which I then fill in with my Anastasia Brow Wizz in Dark Brown (£15.50).

The only thing I’ve been using on my eyes is the Jaclyn Hill Palette (£37) – this palette is SO worth the hype – the shadows are gorgeous and eye looks you can achieve, endless. For everyday I’ve mostly been staying in the top left corner with the warm neutrals.

The final stage is to add some liquid liner – I recently repurchased the Kat Von D Tattoo Liner in Trooper (£16) which I am so glad to have it back in my stash – it is without a doubt the best! Finally the Max Factor 2000 calorie mascara (£7.99).

On my lips I have been either rocking a super peachy nude in the form of Kim K W by Charlotte Tilbury (£24) or for a brownie nude the Loreal Infallible Matte Lip Paint in Nude on Fleek (£6.99). Or if I am feeling a bit more autumnal then I have been loving ‘Temper’ by Urban Decay (£15.50) which is a gorgeous warm orangey red colour – so flattering!

It may seem like a lot of products when you write them down but this routine takes me no longer than 15/20minutes and I am ready to go! I really feel like I’ve found some favourites that I will be repurchasing again and again!

If you have a go to product daily please leave below so I can get some recommendations!
